Thursday 22nd

An amazing thing happened today after our devotional in the morning. Anthony (far right, a friend of one of the wonderful Chefs) decided to give his life to CHRIST!

Wednesday 21st

We spent the morning and afternoon painting the outside of the school in Cousins Cove and also had a couple of interesting conversations with some people from the area. In the evening we went to New T in Negril for the bible study again. We had a good time and some good conversation although most of us were quite tired from the days work

Sunday 18th

We went back to The New Testament Church in Negril and had a very encouraging experience. We then returned to the resort where Kirk Roasted breadfruit and made us ackee and saltfish :)

Saturday 17th

Went to view some land on the way to see Ms Girlie and her sick mother. We Met her cousin Beverly and her husband John and had an in depth conversation about Jamaica and how we might raise funds for the Island. We Then went on a CRAZY bus journey with Cousins Cove United Football team to a match near Montego Bay. They won 2:1 (the whole team prays before every game)

Friday 16th

With the exception of Rob, who was not well, we all went up to Retreat Mountain to touch base with Pastor Derrick. He showed us a few new developments to the Church Building and also took us around the area a little.

Thursday 15th

Went to see Mr Shakes
(what a blessing)

Wednesday 14th

Met up with Kirk and Ricky. In the evening we attened the New Testament Church in Negril. There was a short teaching on prayer followed by a study in Nehemiah 2, which happened to be our devotion this morning (Praise God!). We were all amazed, even more so when we were asked to share our thoughts. Rob and Mark took the pulpit and shared some of the vision that God has given to them, they were followed by Mike, Neil, Will and Ricky

We Are back again!! Monday 12th - Arrival

We had a comfortable flight and thankfully had a smooth ride through customs. We met with Kirk at the airport and made our way to Rhodes Hall (where we are staying for the two weeks) via a food stop just outside of Montego Bay
